Ingredients
For the raita
- 260 g Curd (dahi), whisked and watered down
- 80 g Boondi
- 3 g Salt
- 2 g Dried chillies, powdered
- 2 g Cumin seed / jeera, roasted and powdered
To serve
- 8 g Coriander leaves, chopped
- 8 g Coriander leaves, chopped
Instructions:
For the raita
- In a bowl, whisk curd until smooth. Add 100ml water to thin the curd and mix.
- Add salt, cumin powder and red chilli powder, Mix well.
- Add the boondi. Mix, and allow the boondi to soak and soften for ~5 minutes.
To serve
- Transfer to a serving dish. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
