We want you to love every product you purchase from WHY Nutrition. If something isn’t right, we’re here to make it right. Please review our refund and return policy below.
1. Returns Eligibility
Due to the nature of food products, we do not accept returns for items that have been opened, used, or tampered with. However, we will issue a refund or replacement for:
- Damaged, expired, or defective products on arrival
- Incorrect items shipped (wrong product, quantity, or variant)
- Missing items from your order
2. Refund Process
To request a refund or replacement, please email us at planit@planit.club within 48 hours of delivery with the following details:
- Order ID
- Photographs of the received product and packaging
- Description of the issue
Our team will review the request and respond within 2 business days. If eligible, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
3. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before they are packed for shipping. To cancel, email us at planit@planit.club with your Order ID as soon as possible. Once packed or shipped, cancellations are not allowed.
4. Exceptions
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, taste preferences, or if the issue arises from improper storage after delivery (e.g. exposure to heat, light, or humidity).

Your order will be delivered based on the delivery slot selected by you (slot selector located on header on all site pages) at checkout.
