Kachumber Salad

Ingredients

For the salad

  • 200 g Cucumber, short, diced
  • 80 g Onion, diced
  • 80 g Tomato, desi, raw, diced

For the dressing

  • 8 g Lemon (nimbu)
  • 2 g Salt
  • 1 g Chaat Masala

To serve

  • 3 g Coriander leaves, chopped
  • 40 g Groundnut / peanut, roasted and roughly blitzed in a grinder

Instructions:

For the salad

  • In a mixing bowl, add the chopped cucumber, tomato and onion. Mix.

For the dressing

  • Add the lemon juice, salt and chaat masala. Mix well

To serve

  • Just before serving, add the blitzed peanuts and mix. Garnish with coriander.
