Ingredients
For the salad
- 200 g Cucumber, short, diced
- 80 g Onion, diced
- 80 g Tomato, desi, raw, diced
For the dressing
- 8 g Lemon (nimbu)
- 2 g Salt
- 1 g Chaat Masala
To serve
- 3 g Coriander leaves, chopped
- 40 g Groundnut / peanut, roasted and roughly blitzed in a grinder
Instructions:
For the salad
- In a mixing bowl, add the chopped cucumber, tomato and onion. Mix.
For the dressing
- Add the lemon juice, salt and chaat masala. Mix well
To serve
- Just before serving, add the blitzed peanuts and mix. Garnish with coriander.
