Devbhumi Pahadi Honey, 500 ml

Discover the essence of purity with Dev Bhoomi's unadulterated pure honey. Sourced from bees that gather nectar in Rajaji National Park, a rich habitat supporting over 20,000 plant species, including medicinal plants. 

Unlike refined white sugar, honey contains trace enzymes, antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals — all naturally present in nectar. Its glycemic response is slightly lower than sugar, and its sweetness means you often need less of it.

However, honey also comprises primarily of glucose and fructose, and we recommend it be consumed mindfully and in moderation:

• Sweeten warm drinks mindfully — stir into herbal teas or warm water with lemon instead of adding refined sugar to your chai or coffee.

• Use in place of sugar when baking, but reduce the quantity — honey is sweeter gram-for-gram.

• Pair with fibre and fat — drizzle over fruits, yogurt, or nut butters to slow glucose release.

• Avoid overheating honey — high heat can destroy its enzymes. Add it after cooking, not during.

• Not for infants — children under 1 year should never be given honey
