Sabudana is made from the starch of the tapioca root, processed into small, white pearls that turn soft and translucent when cooked. It has a naturally mild, comforting taste and a soft texture, making it a popular ingredient for khichdi, vada, kheer and fasting meals across many Indian households.

Our sabudana is selected for uniform pearl size, which helps it cook evenly and prevents clumping. When soaked correctly, the pearls stay separate and fluffy instead of becoming sticky or mushy. The flavour is gentle and pairs well with ghee, roasted peanuts, cumin, curry leaves and mild spices.
