Urad Dal Dhuli is the split and dehusked form of whole black urad. It has a naturally creamy texture when cooked and forms the base of many everyday dals, idli and dosa batters, and rich North Indian-style tadkas. Our Urad Dal Dhuli is completely unpolished, meaning it has not been processed with oil or shine treatments.
